What is Dancing Buggs?
A Dancing Bugg is a person or group, who loves to dance, or talk about dance, no matter the style or
location.
Originally the Dancing Buggs were a group of six who went on cruses, and danced at a local Columbus
Ohio establishment called Dance Land Crystal Ballroom, and went to grab snacks after dance and held a
friendship in dance and other interests.
Now, Dancing Buggs are a whole lot more involved in community, dance related issues, and friends who
have at least a lose relationship to the world of dance. Are you a Dancing Bugg? Are you interested
in dance?
With the advent of TV shows like ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, and Dancing with the Stars, ballroom
dancing has taken on new interest and form. Now, it’s also entertainment.
The owner of this site, CMEddy is also a professional Photographer who would like to bring Dance and
other photo related issues to the web.
Here then, is the ambition of a photographer with over 30 years experience, and hundreds of thousands of
photos, attempting to show the grace, beauty, and issues of dance to the world.
Enjoy the show, and if you have suggestions, issues or other comments feel free to contact us.

A little bit about our photography?
The owner of this web site, C.M. Eddy, has over 30 years in the field of photography, with much of it in
the ballroom dance arena. His company, Circle E Photography, offers photo sessions of your dances,
individual performance photos, and portfolios, as well as wedding photos, team sports photos, action
shooting and more.
His father, M.C. Eddy, had even more experience and taught C.M. as much as he could about lighting,
film speed and other important issues concerning ballroom photography.
Both C.M. and M.C. (ED) Eddy were or are dancers in their own right. Both were taught by experienced
teachers, and learned dancing from some of the best in the industry. This gives them the experience and
knowledge to know what a good photo looked like, and how dancer see themselves.
M.C. Eddy was a pioneer of the ballroom photo, and has passed on his experiences, and knowledge
to his son, and these lessons will continue to be used forever.
M.C. Eddy was taking photos many years prior to his son getting into the field, and therefor his
lessons were from one of the first, and best specializing in this field.
